The second category: 

Traditional treatment systems that utilize complex biological and physical processes, with a variety of cell bodies, pumps, blowers, and other machinery as a processing unit, including microbial suspension growth, attachment growth, and both.

In the actual rural sewage treatment application, the above two types of treatment processes are often comprehensively utilized.
